"Our journey begins in the ancient forests of Umbria. Specifically, the truffle-rich soils of Spoleto—the spiritual home of the Black Summer Truffle.
Here, nature dictates the menu. We work directly with local 'Cavatori' (truffle hunters) who use trained dogs to sniff out these 'black diamonds' buried deep within the forest floor. There are no factories here, only wild earth and centuries of tradition."

"Most brands use lab-created truffle oil (2,4-Dithiapentane). We use the real thing.
Once harvested, our truffles are flown directly to our kitchen, where they are freeze-dried to lock in that distinct, intoxicating aroma. We hand-cook our ridge-cut potatoes in small batches and toss them in pure olive oil and our proprietary truffle dust.
The result? A snack that is 100% natural, incredibly rich, and unmistakably authentic."

"Aroma Truffle was not founded in a boardroom; it began at our family dining table. As brothers with the same passions for gourmet, we shared a frustration: we could never find a truffle snack that actually tasted like the truffles we adored in Italy. Everything was too weak, too artificial, or just plain boring.
So, we took matters into our own hands.
We spent months in the kitchen, testing hundreds of harvests and ruining countless batches of chips in pursuit of the perfect 'Aroma.' We didn't want to create just another snack brand; we wanted to bottle the intensity of a Spoleto forest.
