Order
Simply email hello@aromatruffle.com with your order number/receipt and supporting pictures of the order/item. If the product is deemed defective within 30 days, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in voucher credits. For more information, visit Refund Policies
Once you have placed an order, you may cancel a portion of the order or the entire order as long as it has not been dispatched. You cannot add additional items to your order, and we cannot combine orders. For additional items, please place a new order.
To request a change or cancellation, contact us at hello@aromatruffle.com or WhatsApp +65 9012 0664. We will inform you of the eligibility of your request as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
Yes, you can add a personalized message (150 character limit) during checkout. The gift message will be printed on an Aroma Truffle postcard and included with your order.
Your invoice will not be included in the delivery parcel as to not distract from the experience should you be sending a gift.
Please take note that the invoice can be found in your Order Confirmation Email.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account has its benefits. By signing up, you can earn points and redeem rewards through our loyalty program. An account also makes it easier to track your orders and receive future updates.
To reset your password, follow the "Forgotten Password" instructions on the "Sign In" page. For security reasons, we cannot send your old password via email.
Our Products
Our products typically feature black summer truffles, with the exception of our white truffle oil which contains White Truffles. Occasionally, we may use Black Winter Truffles when they are in season.
We are currently applying and pending for our new Halal-certification. Our current production does not involve non-halal ingredients.
Our truffle chips have a best-before date of 1 year from the manufacturing date. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 1 month for optimal taste and quality. Storage instructions for our Truffle Condiment are printed on each package for your convenience.

Delivery & Shipping
The standard delivery time is between 2 to 15 business days depending on the shipment method and subject to conditions. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch.We limit shipping to only selected destinations you can find on our website.
Please note that not all products are available for shipment to all countries.
We offer free shipping for all Singapore deliveries through Qxpress or JT&T.
We currently only ships to the following destinations:
- Asia: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Mauritus, Singapore and South Korea.
- Africa: Mauritius
- Oceania: Australia

Enjoy free shipping within Singapore with a minimum spend of S$60. For orders below $60, the flat rate is $8 per order.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

The prices listed on our Singapore site include GST, as required by Singapore Government Law, so no additional charges will be applied to your order. Since 2017, Aroma Truffle has been absorbing the GST increase, and our prices have remained relatively unchanged.
Return & Exchange
Aroma Truffle will accept returns or exchanges of unopened packaged snacks and accessories in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that are used, damaged, soiled, or with torn packaging will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Exceptions are made for defective goods found to be at fault by the supplier.
