A simple yet indulgent dish perfect for the festive season. Made with sautéed garlic, onions, kombu, and pasta, it’s finished with a drizzle of Aroma Truffle White Truffle Oil, Parmesan, and fresh garnish. Easy to prepare and full of flavour, it’s a must-have for your Christmas table! 🎄✨

  1. Prepare the Aromatics Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, sautéing until fragrant and lightly golden.
  2. Infuse the Base Add water and the kombu to the pan. Let it simmer gently for a few minutes to infuse the water with umami.
  3. Cook the Pasta Add the pasta directly to the pan, ensuring it's fully submerged. Stir occasionally as it cooks, allowing it to absorb the flavoured broth.
  4. Season and Plate Once the pasta is al dente and the liquid has mostly absorbed, remove it from the heat. Plate the pasta, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with truffle oil.
  5. Finish with Flair Garnish with fresh parsley or basil. Add a final dusting of Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
