Truffle Pasta Gift Set – Paté, Oil & Salt

Truffle pasta at home, in 10 minutes.

Three truffle condiments that turn a weeknight bowl of pasta into a proper truffle dish. You bring the pasta; we bring the truffle.

What's inside:

• Black Truffle Paté (85g): the base of your sauce. Black summer truffle with mushrooms.
• White Truffle Oil (50ml): the finish, a few drops over hot pasta.
• Black Truffle Sea Salt (100g): a last pinch for crunch and flavour.

Three steps:

1. Boil: cook your pasta (angel hair, fettuccine or tagliatelle work best) until al dente, about 80g per person. Keep a splash of the cooking water.
2. Toss: in a pan, mix 2 tablespoons of paté with the hot pasta and a little pasta water until glossy.
3. Finish: off the heat, drizzle with truffle oil and add a pinch of truffle salt.
