For the first time ever, Chocolate Truffles, truly redefined.
Crafted by our house chef, Johnathan Chan, these are no ordinary chocolate truffles. Each creation is delicately infused with real black truffle, offering a bold interpretation of flavour, finesse, and fragrance.

Three distinctive creations. One remarkable debut:

• Dark Chocolate Truffles
  A rich, velvety classic. Encased in dark chocolate and cocoa, this indulgence hides a luscious ganache centre infused with real black truffle for a deep, earthy finish.

• White Apricot Praline
  A delicate harmony of sweet and tangy. White chocolate infused with truffle and gold dust envelops a chewy apricot and roasted walnut core.

• Gold Caramel Chocolate Praline
  Decadence with a satisfying crunch. Caramelised gold chocolate infused with truffle and gold dust surrounds a creamy hazelnut praline and roasted hazelnut heart.
