Self-collection only. Made with fresh cream and no stabilisers, these chocolates don't travel well in heat, so we only offer collection from our Jewel Changi Airport store.

For years, "truffle" has described a chocolate's shape. Our co-founder, Chef Johnathan Chan, decided it should describe what's inside. He infuses Valrhona chocolate from France with real black summer truffle, so the sweetness of the chocolate meets the savoury depth of the truffle, and the finish lingers.

Two flavours in every box:

• Dark Chocolate Truffle: 70% dark chocolate dusted in cocoa, with a black truffle ganache centre. Bittersweet and earthy.
• Gold Caramel Praline: caramelised gold chocolate with edible gold dust, around a hazelnut praline. Buttery, nutty, savoury-sweet.
