Smashed Broccoli with Aroma Truffle Dust

How to turn a humble broccoli into something delicious that'll win over even the toughest haters!
  1. Cut one broccoli into florets.
  2. Steam the broccoli until it's soft.
  3. Place the steamed broccoli on a baking pan and, using a glass or similar object, gently flatten each floret.
  4. For the mixture: • Combine 2 tablespoons of truffle oil or olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of truffle sea salt or regular salt, a pinch of pepper, and optionally, a pinch of garlic powder.
  5. Brush the mixture onto the flattened broccoli on the baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of parsley and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Finally: Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until it turns golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of Truffle Dust to finish up for an extra shot of intense truffle aroma. And your Smashed Broccoli is ready to serve!
