How to turn a humble broccoli into something delicious that'll win over even the toughest haters!
Cut one broccoli into florets.
Steam the broccoli until it's soft.
Place the steamed broccoli on a baking pan and, using a glass or similar object, gently flatten each floret.
For the mixture:
• Combine 2 tablespoons of truffle oil or olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of truffle sea salt or regular salt, a pinch of pepper, and optionally, a pinch of garlic powder.
Brush the mixture onto the flattened broccoli on the baking pan.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of parsley and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top.
Finally: Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until it turns golden brown.
Sprinkle a pinch of Truffle Dust to finish up for an extra shot of intense truffle aroma. And your Smashed Broccoli is ready to serve!
