  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the Bacon: Spread a thin layer of truffle mayo onto each slice of bacon.
  3. Wrap the Sausages: Place a small bunch of rosemary (about 1-2 sprigs) next to each sausage link. Wrap each sausage link and rosemary sprig with a slice of bacon that has been spread with truffle mayo. Secure the bacon with toothpicks if needed.
