A modern twist to your Raya feast — savour these pan-seared beef balls, elevated with a rich truffle hot sauce and melted cheddar. A perfect balance of tradition and gourmet indulgence to surprise your guests this festive season.

  1. Prep the aromatics Finely chop garlic, onion, and parsley. Set aside.
  2. Pan-sear the beef balls Heat olive oil or truffle oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Sear the beef balls until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the sauce In the same pan, add chopped garlic and onion. Sauté until fragrant and softened. Stir in the tomato puree and Aroma Truffle Hot Sauce. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Finish the dish Return the beef balls to the pan, tossing gently to coat with the sauce. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, allowing it to melt slightly from the heat. Turn off the heat and finish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve immediately Best enjoyed hot as a festive, gourmet appetizer or side dish during your Hari Raya gathering.
