In this recipe, we have transformed aย classicย dish into something exquisite with a hint of truffles.

  1. Place eggs in a heavy-bottomed pot and cover with water by 1 to 2 inches, bring it to a boil.
  2. Cover pot completely and lower heat. Let it simmer for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove from heat and leave it for 12 minutes with the cover.
  4. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water and let it rest for 10 minutes before peeling under cool running water.
  5. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  6. Gently scoop egg yolks into a bowl.
  7. Using a whisk, fork, or a hand mixer, mash yolks and combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Stir in Aroma Truffleโ€™s Herbs Infused Truffle Oil, and chives.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Using a spoon, a piping bag fitted with a large star tip, fill each egg white half with some of the egg yolk mixture.
  11. Sprinkle with chives to garnish.
