Truffle Honey Brie Crostini
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Difficulties:

Sweet, earthy, made for cheese.
Raw wildflower honey from the remote coastal wilderness of South West Australia, with slices of black summer truffle you can see in the jar. The truffle steeps in the honey, so every spoonful balances floral sweetness with a savoury, earthy finish.
How to use it
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place and don't refrigerate. If it crystallises, stand the jar in warm water.
